This Platform Disclaimer applies to LinkEdu.AI, including its websites, student and university portals, AI-assisted features, matching tools, communications, applications, analytics, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). It supplements the LinkEdu.AI Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AI Use and Transparency Policy, and other applicable policies.
1. Technology Platform Only
LinkEdu.AI is an AI-powered, self-service software-as-a-service technology platform designed to connect prospective students with universities and support university discovery, matching, invitations, application workflows, communications, analytics, and recruitment operations.
LinkEdu.AI is not a university, college, accrediting body, government authority, admissions authority, admissions or student-placement agency, recruitment agency, law firm, immigration adviser, financial adviser, or licensed educational counseling service.
Unless LinkEdu expressly agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement, LinkEdu does not represent a student or university in an admissions decision, manually place students, negotiate admissions outcomes, make institutional decisions, or act as an admissions agent.
LinkEdu is designed as an automation-first SaaS service. Routine functions may be performed through software, deterministic rules, scheduled processes, and artificial intelligence, with exceptional matters escalated for human review where appropriate. Automation does not change the Platform's role as a technology provider.
2. No Outcome Guarantees
LinkEdu does not guarantee admission, enrollment, scholarships, financial aid, visa or immigration approval, academic eligibility, application success, program availability, accreditation status, deadlines, tuition or other costs, rankings, university responses, recruitment performance, student interest, applicant volume, or any other academic, immigration, financial, institutional, or commercial outcome.
University subscription fees are charges for access to SaaS functionality and are not payments for enrollments, admissions, placements, student referrals, or guaranteed recruitment results.
Students and universities remain responsible for their own decisions and for independently confirming information that is material to those decisions.
3. AI, Matching and Algorithmic Outputs
LinkEdu.AI uses deterministic rules, evidence-based scoring, statistical methods, automation, and artificial intelligence to provide matching, explanations, summaries, support, prioritization, document-processing assistance, and other Platform functions.
AI-generated, statistical, and algorithmic outputs are informational and assistive. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, or affected by incomplete or incorrect student, university, program, or third-party data.
Where the Platform displays an admission probability, that probability is evidence-gated and may be shown only when the implemented methodology determines that sufficient supporting evidence exists. It is an estimate and is not an admissions decision, promise, prediction of certainty, or representation by the relevant university.
Where sufficient evidence is unavailable, LinkEdu may display qualitative outcomes such as Strong, Competitive, Reach, Insufficient Data, or Not Eligible, together with confidence or explanatory information where available. These labels are estimates intended to assist exploration and do not guarantee an outcome.
Universities retain sole responsibility for admissions, scholarships, enrollment, and other institutional decisions. Users should independently verify material information before relying on it.
4. University and Program Information
Information concerning universities, programs, admission requirements, tuition, fees, scholarships, deadlines, intakes, accreditation, rankings, and related matters may originate from universities, public sources, third-party sources, or automated processing.
Although LinkEdu may use verification, monitoring, and quality controls, such information can change without notice and may contain errors or omissions.
Users should confirm material requirements, deadlines, costs, accreditation, scholarship terms, and other important information directly with the relevant university or authoritative source before applying, enrolling, paying money, or making another significant decision.
5. Visa and Immigration Information
Any visa, immigration, travel-document, or related information available through LinkEdu.AI is provided for general informational purposes only.
LinkEdu is not a law firm or immigration adviser and does not provide legal or immigration advice, representation, or guarantees.
Immigration requirements, government procedures, eligibility rules, fees, and processing times may change. Users should rely on the relevant government authority and, where appropriate, a qualified immigration lawyer or other authorized professional for advice concerning their individual circumstances.
6. Financial, Scholarship and Cost Information
Tuition, fees, scholarships, financial-aid information, living-cost estimates, budgets, and other financial information displayed by the Platform are informational and may change.
LinkEdu does not provide financial advice and does not guarantee the availability, amount, eligibility, continuation, or award of any scholarship, financial aid, tuition discount, or other financial benefit.
Students should verify all financial terms with the relevant university, scholarship provider, financial institution, government authority, or other authoritative source before making financial commitments.
7. Third-Party Information, Services and Links
The Platform may display, process, summarize, or link to information, products, services, websites, or resources provided by universities, payment processors, authentication providers, government bodies, public sources, AI providers, or other third parties.
LinkEdu does not control all third-party content, policies, security, availability, accuracy, or practices. A link, integration, reference, or display of third-party information does not by itself constitute an endorsement, partnership, guarantee, or representation regarding that third party.
Use of third-party services may be governed by the third party's own terms, privacy notices, and policies.
8. Recruitment and University Use
LinkEdu provides universities with SaaS tools that may assist with student discovery, invitations, candidate prioritization, communications, application workflows, analytics, and recruitment operations.
LinkEdu does not guarantee that a university will receive any particular number or quality of students, applicants, responses, offers, acceptances, or enrollments.
Where a communication feature is designated Review Before Send, the responsible institutional user must review and approve the communication before external transmission. LinkEdu does not authorize autonomous recruitment outreach where the Platform requires institutional approval.
9. Availability and Changes
LinkEdu may modify, improve, replace, rate-limit, suspend, or discontinue Platform features, models, data sources, providers, or workflows to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, product quality, or sustainable operation.
The Platform may experience interruptions, third-party outages, errors, delays, or periods of reduced functionality. LinkEdu does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Student access remains free under the current business model; reasonable operational, security, abuse-prevention, capacity, or AI cost controls do not create a paid student tier.
10. Relationship to Terms of Service
This Disclaimer supplements, and does not replace, the LinkEdu.AI Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this Disclaimer and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Changes to This Disclaimer
LinkEdu may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes in Platform functionality, AI systems, data sources, third-party services, business practices, or legal requirements.
Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law. Previous versions may be retained as part of LinkEdu's versioned legal records.
